Duomed The Netherlands proudly presents the new edition of Palex Women: an international storytelling initiative that highlights female leadership across the Palex Group. Through open and honest conversations with colleagues from different countries, disciplines, and backgrounds, Palex Women showcases the strength and impact of female professionals in healthcare.
In this new edition, reflecting the international growth of the Palex Group, 15 colleagues from across Europe explore themes such as:
• How female leadership can foster innovation in healthcare;
• The most important lessons from their professional journey;
• The key competencies for effective leadership today;
• How we can build a more inclusive workplace culture together;
• The guiding principles that define authentic leadership.
More than a campaign, Palex Women is a collective space where voices from all over Europe come together to inspire, connect, and drive change. The project highlights values such as empathy, inclusion, and collaboration, these are values that Duomed The Netherlands strives to uphold every day.
Our contribution from the Netherlands
