Palex Women is a storytelling initiative that celebrates female leadership within Palex Group through authentic conversations with women from different countries, business areas, and professional backgrounds.
Now in its new edition, the project reflects the Group’s international growth and highlights the importance of sharing experiences and perspectives from female leaders in healthcare.
Through a series of 15 video capsules, colleagues from across Europe explore key themes such as:
- How female leadership can foster innovation in healthcare;
- The most important lessons learned along their professional journey;
- The key skills for effective leadership today;
- How to build a more inclusive workplace culture;
- The non-negotiable principles that guide true leaders.
More than a campaign, Palex Women is a collective space where voices from different countries come together to inspire reflection, dialogue, and change, promoting the values of empathy, inclusion, and collaboration that define Palex Group.
