Duomed Group acquires ONIS
Duomed Group is glad to announce the acquisition of the Belgian leading distributor in the field of flexible endoscopy: ONIS.
ONIS has a proven track-record in this domain for over 40 years and has the exclusive distribution rights in Belgium and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg for leading brands such as Fujifilm and Soluscope. With this acquisition, the Duomed Group is strengthening its strategic platform in the Belgian hospital market as well as reinforcing its position in the flexible endoscopy market.
The Duomed Group feels confident about its ability to integrate this very successful company into its strategic platform to maximize the different opportunities for synergy, whilst making sure that ONIS can keep its focus and specialization in their specific activity.
