The Service Portal gives you an overview of your Duomed systems: equipment and applications. Status, history of commissioning and service activities, maintenance contract, ... can be consulted for each system (including reports). You can also make a new repair requests and follow up the ongoing repairs.
Our Client Portal offers you, as a (bio) technician, material manager and employee of the purchasing department, information and tools for your Duomed equipment.
