Account Manager (H/F) – Diagnostic Neuro Care

As an Account Manager Neurocare, you are responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with hospitals, neurologists, and specialists in Physical Medicine/Rehabilitation in Brussels, Wallonia, and Luxembourg. You represent a strong product portfolio within the fields of Neurology and Physical Medicine/Rehabilitation and ensure an optimal customer experience.

Account Manager Neuro Care (H/F) – Area: Brussels, Wallonie & Luxembourg

Your Responsibilities

  • Visiting existing customers and maintaining long‑term relationships.
  • Actively prospecting and further expanding market share in the region.
  • Advising healthcare professionals on the use and added value of our solutions.
  • Managing the entire sales process: project identification, developing sales strategies, conducting demos, preparing quotations, negotiating contracts, closing deals, and providing customer training after delivery.
  • Identifying market trends and customer needs and translating them into commercial opportunities.
  • Collaborating with internal teams (marketing, customer service, IT, etc.) to optimally support customers.

Your Profile

  • You have a strong interest in the medical field, medical electronics, or software.
  • You have solid technical knowledge of diagnostic examinations in Neurology or Physical Medicine (EMG/EP/EEG).
  • You enjoy working with people and supporting customers in learning to use new equipment.
  • Ideally, you have initial commercial experience. A strong commercial drive and enthusiasm for a challenging role are equally welcome.
  • Strong communication skills in French and English; knowledge of Dutch is an asset.
  • Independent, stress‑resistant, and results‑oriented, with a talent for relationship management.
  • Flexible and willing to travel regularly within your region.
