Account Manager High Acute Care (HAC) - Flanders

Within our High Acute Care (HAC) division, we support departments such as Intensive Care, Emergency, and the Operating Theatre with innovative products and services. To strengthen our team in the East and West Flanders region, we are looking for a driven Account Manager.

Your Role

  • As an HAC Account Manager, you are responsible for maintaining and further developing our customer portfolio in East and West Flanders.
  • A more concrete overview of your responsibilities:
    • You maintain close contact with hospitals and healthcare professionals and are able to translate their needs into solutions from our portfolio. More specifically, you will frequently visit departments such as NICU, Emergency, ICU, etc.
    • You build long‑term relationships with physicians, nurses, and procurement teams, while also identifying new opportunities and opening new doors.
    • You work closely with internal teams to ensure optimal support for customers.

Your Profile

  • Clinical background: at least 5 years of experience as a nurse, preferably in ICU, Emergency, or the Operating Theatre.
  • Commercial mindset: you are not afraid to open doors and have a natural commercial drive. Initial commercial experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Result‑oriented: you have a strong eye for opportunities and are confident exploring the market.
  • Region: you can easily travel within East and West Flanders.
  • Strong communication skills: you communicate clearly and professionally with both medical professionals and procurement teams.
  • Language skills: fluent communication in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is an asset.
