Business Controller

As a Business Controller, you are a strategic partner for our business units. You analyze figures, ask the right questions, and are not afraid to share less popular insights; always with improvement and growth in mind.

• You translate financial and operational data into clear insights.
• You ask critical questions based on thorough preparation.
• You support the business with reporting, forecasting, and KPI analyses.
• You act as a trusted gatekeeper for management and know the business inside out.
• You work closely together with our sales teams and management.
• You actively contribute to optimizing processes and decision-making.

• Languages: Dutch and English are required; French is a strong plus.
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a Business Controller.
• Mindset: Independent, critical, curious, and results-oriented.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of Excel, Power BI, and interpreting complex datasets.
• Personality: Hands-on, communicative, and not afraid to take responsibility.
• ⚠️ Please note: we are not looking for a Financial Controller. Your focus will be on business, strategy, and steering the organization; not on accounting.
