Your role

As a Field Service Engineer, you are part of a close-knit team that makes a difference in hospitals every day. You work with high-quality medical equipment such as monitors, anesthesia machines, and ventilators—technology that quite literally supports life.

You will have the opportunity to further develop your technical skills, grow in your role, and become a true expert in the technologies within the portfolio of our High Acute Care division.

Your responsibilities

  • You are part of a team of Service Engineers and are responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of medical equipment in hospitals.
  • After thorough training, you provide technical support and follow-up for customers in your region.
  • You are the face of our organization and represent our image with enthusiasm.
  • You can rely on the know-how, coaching, and support of the Service Manager, to whom you report.
  • You participate in an on-call rotation (approximately 8 weeks per year), for which you receive an on-call allowance.

Your profile

  • You have a secondary education diploma or a bachelor’s degree in electromechanics/electronics, or equivalent through experience.
  • You have a good knowledge of IT, networks (TCP/IP), Wi-Fi…
  • You are communicative, assertive, and customer-oriented.
  • You work independently, remain calm under pressure, and enjoy variety.
  • You are a true team player who can adapt flexibly.
  • You have a good command of Dutch, English, and French.
  • You hold a valid category B driving license.
  • Experience in the medical sector is a plus, but recent graduates are definitely welcome!
