Your role

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be part of a close-knit team that makes a difference in hospitals every single day. You will work with high-end medical equipment such as monitors, anesthesia machines, and ventilators ; technology that literally supports lives.

You will have the opportunity to further develop your technical skills, grow in your role, and become a true expert in the technologies within our High Acute Care division.

Your responsibilities

  • You are part of a team of Service Engineers and are responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of medical devices in hospitals.
  • After thorough training, you will provide technical support and follow-up for customers in your region.
  • You are the face of our organization and represent our image with enthusiasm.
  • You can rely on the know-how, coaching, and support of the Service Manager, to whom you report.
  • You participate in an on-call rotation system (approximately 8 weeks per year), for which you receive an on-call allowance.

Your profile

  • You hold a secondary education diploma or a bachelor’s degree in electromechanics/electronics, or have equivalent experience.
  • You have a good knowledge of IT, networks (TCP/IP), Wi-Fi, and related technologies.
  • You are communicative, assertive, and customer-oriented.
  • You work independently, remain calm under pressure, and enjoy variety in your work.
  • You are a true team player who can adapt flexibly.
  • You have a good command of Dutch, English, and French.
  • You possess a valid category B driving license.
  • Experience in the medical sector is a plus, but recent graduates are absolutely welcome!
