What you’ll do
- Be the go‑to marketing partner for Archer. www.archerresearch.eu
- Build and execute campaigns, content and materials that support business goals.
- Drive Benelux‑wide marketing projects and help balance team workload.
- Create and adapt marketing assets: presentations, brochures, digital content.
- Manage digital channels (website, email, LinkedIn) with consistent messaging.
- Ensure strong visual quality using basic design tools (InDesign, Photoshop, PPT).
- Support events, congresses and visibility initiatives.
- Work closely with colleagues across Belgium and the Netherlands.
What you bring
- A degree in Marketing, Communication or similar.
- 5–8 years of experience in B2B marketing (healthcare sectors = plus).
- A rare mix of strategic thinking and hands‑on execution.
- Strong digital skills + familiarity with AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.).
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing quality.
- Visual sensitivity and basic design skills.
- Proactive, autonomous, solution‑oriented mindset.
- Fluent English: Dutch or French is a bonus.
