As of April 27, our Belgian Headquarters will be moving to Vaartdijk in Mechelen.

Our organization is expanding and will continue to grow. Our current locations are not suitable anymore to accommodate our development needs, with a new headquarters in Mechelen, we are paving the way for the future.

This relocation applies to our backoffice teams currently located in our Aartselaar offices.

Mobility was a significant factor in choosing the new location. The Mechelen train station is only a few minutes walk away, and the office is also conveniently reachable by bicycle along the waterfront. The building has been recently renovated and complies with the necessary sustainability standards. The modern amenities include a welcoming reception area aimed at improving the experience for our customers and suppliers. We will have numerous meeting rooms for daily meetings and business events.

Corporate identity

Duomed became a member of the Palex Group in 2024. We are now integrated into a prominent European network, which offers enhanced innovation and support. We are in the process of moving towards a cohesive brand identity that incorporates the Palex green colors. Additional information about this transition will be shared later this year. Our new offices will already showcase the Palex name and branding.

Our VAT number also remains the same.

The only update needed in your records is our official address: Vaartdijk 90 2800 Mechelen.

Our warehousing and technical service will continue operating from Aartselaar and Nivelles, a new Services & Logistics Center will be established later, close to aartselaar. More information about this will be provided at a later stage.
