Advanced navigation system for endovascular procedures: Vascular Navigation PAD

With Vascular Navigation PAD, physicians can create detailed maps of the entire vascular tree of the lower limbs and iliac arteries, providing valuable support during the treatment of vascular stenoses in the lower limbs.

Thanks to advanced image fusion technology, they can reuse the same map throughout the entire endovascular revascularization procedure. This helps avoid repeated digital subtraction angiography (DSA) imaging, even when the C-arm or the patient is moved, thereby resolving a major inefficiency of mobile C-arms and contributing to a more effective treatment.

Description

The software combines previously acquired angiography images into one continuous visualization of the vessels. This roadmap is displayed live as an overlay during the procedure, ensuring that the physician always has a complete overview. The system easily connects to mobile C-arms and integrates directly with PACS for image storage.

Key features

• Reusable roadmap that adapts in real time during the procedure
• Markers to keep critical areas clearly visible
• Full overview of the lower limbs and iliac arteries in a single image
• Automatic image merging for a continuous vascular view
• Easy and fast installation within existing OR infrastructure
• Optional control via a mobile touch device

Application

Support in the treatment of:

• Vascular stenoses of the lower limbs.
• Iliac arterial pathologies.

Benefits
  • Limits the use of contrast agent: reduces risks for your patients.
  • Reduces radiation exposure: protects your patients and your team.
  • Reuses your vascular map: simplifies navigation.
  • Fewer interruptions during the procedure.
  • Better visualization of the vascular network at every stage.
  • Optimized workflow.
