Service Logistics Specialist (Factory Repair)

As a Service Logistics Specialist, you are the central point of contact within the logistics chain of our service activities. You ensure that repairs, service interventions, and loan equipment are scheduled and managed efficiently and smoothly.

• Manage the complete logistics flow of service and repair cases, from request to completion.
• Schedule repairs, interventions, and preventive maintenance for our Field Service Engineers and technicians in our internal workshop.
• Take responsibility for the planning, availability, and follow-up of our loan equipment fleet.
• Monitor deliveries and repairs on a daily basis.
• Arrange and track transportation with logistics partners.
• Support colleagues and provide backup during absences.
• Actively contribute to process optimization, digitalization, and system improvements — your input will help drive our growth.

• You have a good command of Dutch, French, and English.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• You have strong problem-solving skills and enjoy creating structure and efficiency.
• You are customer-focused, commercially minded, and communicate professionally.
• You work accurately, independently, and remain calm under pressure.
• You have experience working with ERP systems; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 or SAP is an advantage.
• You have several years of experience in a similar role within logistics, planning, or service administration.
• You are eager to grow alongside an organization that is continuously evolving.

• A gross monthly salary between €3,600 and €4,600, depending on experience.
