  • Technicians are in charge of the service for all products supplied by Duomed (orders, use, inspection, maintenance, repairs and replacements) in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions
  • A Technical Field Expert is available for the more specific technical questions
  • A Technical Field Coordinator is in charge of site supervision and follow-up
  • Our coordinators are at your service and manage the planning to send you the most qualified person

Our after-sales service guarantees excellent service and follow-up of all purchased equipment. We strive to meet your needs and optimise the performance of your equipment. Duomed offers various maintenance contracts, including calibration and inspection support.

Our technicians have built up unique expertise over the years and are happy to share it with you via Training, to ensure the optimal operation of the equipment distributed by Duomed and to maximise your ROI (Return On Investment).
