Oesophageal stricture prevention
Stricture formation after (circumferential) resections in the oesophagus can cause significant problems for the patient. Based upon initial experience with PuraStat, this session intents to discuss the potential role of PuraStat in stricture prevention.
Forum 2: 10.00 - 11.30 a.m.
- European-wide PuraStat registry
After the initial phase in which data of more than 400 patients treated with PuraStat in Italy were collected in a shared database (RedCap), this physician driven registry will be available for gastro-enterologists across Europe. The findings from the Italian data will be discussed as well as the advantages of participating in the European Registry.

- Radiation Proctopathy registry
Radiation Proctopathy is a condition with significant impact on the lives of the patients. The final design and the roll-out of an international, clinician initiated registry to document the added value of PuraStat in the treatment of patients with Radiation Proctopathy.
Forum 4: 15.00 - 16.30 p.m.
- RADA16 Research directions – Long term vision 2-5-10 years
This discussion aims at discussing what the most clinical relevant research directions for PuraStat will be for the coming years. The regenerative aspects of PuraStat will play a central role hereby.
